At the Contempo office guest complete a registration process (on arrival during office hours, or they must return the next day if they arrive after office hours.) As part of this proces, you must complete a form & provide valid credit card details to go on file for incidentals. Guest have 2 options: $65 non refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (which will cover up to $650 for any damages to the home during their stay). This can be paid by cash or credit card, if it is paid in cash, a valid card is still required to be on file. Option 2: $500 refundable Security Deposit, this will either be a hold or a processed payment from a guest card at the time of registration. This will be refunded or the hold released within 7 business days after the guest departure back to the same card that was used. (Should any non-reported damage be found within the property, the repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to the guest).
